About this Space
The Palms Bnb is a great house for your family and friends. With plenty of space to sit, play and relax, you are sure to have a great time. We are in a prime location, just a few minutes walk to the beach, shops & restaurants. Our home is fully equipped with a brand new hot tub, gas BBQ, and plenty of outdoor space. We have a huge side yard that is ideal for lawn games. We also have some awesome board games for all ages, if the beach isn't for you. Come and check it out for yourself!

This Two-Storey has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath and a pull out couch. All of the beds are brand new Endy Mattresses, that we have received great reviews on. We have a large Smart TV equipped with Bell Cable. The Primary Suite has a private ensuite, walk in closet, and private patio with buffet table set. The main level patio has a large outdoor dining set, with collapsable umbrella for those sunny days.
Where You'll Be
Crystal, Canada - This house is located in a very safe and quiet neighbourhood. The neighbours are very friendly and welcoming to new faces. We are minutes from the Beach, shops & restaurants.
How to Get Around - This area is great for walking, cycling or driving. It is walking distance to almost everything.
The Space
The property sits on a large double lot, giving your much space to enjoy the outdoors. We have a games area in the three season sunroom. There is laundry on the main level of the house, and a great walk out porch that is full enclosed. We have a gas bbq for your use, and loungers to soak up the sun. From the back patio you can access the hot tub, which can be enjoyed year round!
Guest Access
The driveway is for 1-2 small cars. There is also free street parking in front of the house. Be sure not to block in the neighbours as the road is quite narrow.
You will have full, private access to the house. It is keyless and contactless entry. If you need anything during your stay, we will locally and are available to help in any way possible.
Other Things to Note
Don't forget to bring your bikes or rollerblades, as the Friendship trail is minutes away.
We have High speed internet, central heating & cooling throughout the house.

Pricing is subject to change depending on season, high time or low time. We provide discounts for longer stays. We are happy to work with you and your budget! Our availability changes daily so please fill out the form below and we can answer all of your pricing & availability questions. If you give use your budget, we will be able to do our best to accomodate you.
House Rules
No smoking inside the house.
No large parties or groups over 8 people.
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am.
HST will be added to all reservations.
Minimum age requirement is 25 years old.
We are happy to host your pet as well. Additional fee for pets will be charged.
